We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to participate in your health care.
Texas Digestive Disease Consultants now has the capability of communicating with you through our secure Patient Portal which is HIPAA compliant. After registering, you will have on-line capability to:
- Request appointments
- Request findings of your results
- Send a message to our practice
- Update your personal and medical records

Your invitation to participate will be sent via a separate e-mail. This invitation is generated by your TDDC office, so please contact your appropriate office if you would like to receive this invitation. As long as you have your correct login, the system will allow you to reset your password.
If you have any questions, please contact your appropriate TDDC physician’s office (contact information is available under the “Find a Physician” and “Office Locations” tabs).
AS A REMINDER, THE PATIENT PORTAL IS FOR NON-URGENT MESSAGING. IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION, PLEASE CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST HOSPITAL.
